Terms of Service

PAUTIK is a web platform that uses artificial intelligence to create advertising for businesses and agencies. It reads your business from what you tell it or from your website, proposes a strategy, writes the ads, creates the images and leaves the campaign created and paused in your Meta ad account. Nothing is published without your approval.

PAUTIK has not launched yet. Today you can create your account, add your businesses with their products or services, and set up your account security. The Meta connection, AI generation and website reading will be switched on over time, and some features may change along the way.

PAUTIK is not a Meta product and is not affiliated with Meta. Meta, Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of their owners.

You must be at least 18 to use PAUTIK. If you use it on behalf of a company or a client, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Your account is personal: don't share it.

Keep your password safe; we recommend turning on two-step verification. You are responsible for what is done with your account. If you see access you don't recognize, close that session under "My account", change your password and let us know at email to be confirmed.

You can create up to 10 businesses from your account. Whoever creates a business is its owner. Members of a business can see and edit its details according to their role; each member is responsible for what they do.

If you are an agency or freelancer and add a client's details, you need the client's permission to do so and to advertise on their behalf.

To publish you will need a Facebook Page or Instagram account and a Meta ad account of your own, or ones you are authorized to manage. The campaign is created in that account, not in one owned by PAUTIK.

Campaigns are created paused and only start when you turn them on.

By using Meta you also accept its terms and advertising policies. Meta may review, reject or stop ads and restrict or suspend accounts; those decisions are Meta's, not PAUTIK's.

You decide what gets approved, what gets turned on and when. Before approving, check the copy, images, prices, promotions, audience and budget.

You are responsible for the content of your ads and for making sure they comply with the law, Meta's policies and other people's rights, such as trademarks, images or personal data.

What your ads promise (prices, deadlines, guarantees, results) must be true, and may bind you toward your customers.

What you spend on ads is paid directly to Meta from your ad account, with the budget you set. PAUTIK does not charge, receive or manage that money, and is not responsible for Meta's charges.

Campaign results depend on many factors outside our control. We don't guarantee reach, inquiries or sales.

The strategies, copy and images PAUTIK proposes are generated with artificial intelligence. They may contain errors or inaccurate information, or resemble other people's content.

They are proposals, not professional advice: always review them before approving. What you approve becomes your decision.

Don't use PAUTIK to create content that imitates a real person, another brand or another business without their permission.

You may not use PAUTIK to publish illegal, misleading, discriminatory or hateful content, or anything that breaks Meta's advertising policies.

Nor to use other people's accounts, Pages or data without permission, try to get into accounts or businesses that aren't yours, get around limits or security checks, overload the service or create accounts automatically.

If these rules are broken, we may stop the content or suspend the account (see "Suspension and closing").

What you upload (your business details, products, copy and images) remains yours.

You allow us to store it, process it and send it to the providers the service needs, only to provide PAUTIK to you. This permission ends when you delete that content or your account, except in backups until they expire.

The pieces PAUTIK generates for your business are for you to use; to the extent any rights are ours, we assign them to you. We don't show them as public examples without your permission.

PAUTIK (the software, design, brand and logo) belongs to us. Using the service gives you no rights over them.

Creating an account is free. Plans and prices have not been set yet: we will publish them on the site before launch.

We will not charge you anything unless you first accept a plan and its price. If prices or conditions change, we will let you know in advance.

We do our best to keep PAUTIK working well, but it is provided as is and as available, especially in this pre-launch stage. There may be outages, errors or feature changes.

PAUTIK relies on third-party services such as Meta and Cloudflare. If those services fail or change their rules, some features may stop working.

Keep your own copy of anything you don't want to lose.

To the extent the law allows, PAUTIK is not liable for the results of your campaigns, Meta's decisions about your ads or accounts, what you spend on ads, content you approved, or indirect damages such as lost sales or profits.

If we are nevertheless liable, the total will not exceed what you paid us for PAUTIK in the 12 months before the event.

None of this limits your rights as a consumer under the law, or our liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

You can stop using PAUTIK at any time and ask us to delete your account, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, puts other people or the service at risk, or if Meta requires it. When possible, we will tell you beforehand and explain why.

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the change is significant, let you know before it takes effect.

If you keep using PAUTIK afterwards, you accept the new version. If you don't agree, you can stop using it and ask us to delete your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Paraguay, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law.
